Obtaining maximum benefit from a Fusion brazing or soldering paste depends, in part, on fast, error-free application. The size and location of paste deposits can play a vital role in controlling costs, while ensuring consistent joint quality.<\/p>\n

Fusion offers a range of applicators to achieve repeatable paste deposits, plus quick adjustment for varied part styles and sizes. Each includes an adjustable control panel, a pressurised paste reservoir, and a specially designed applicator gun.<\/p>\n

Automatic Applicator Controller Model 610G is designed to dispense small deposits of brazing and soldering paste and has the flexibility to support a wide range of industrial applications. Uniform air pressure is introduced to a plastic cartridge, which serves as both paste reservoir and dispenser. The unit has a digital timer, is programmable, and a footswitch, finger switch and syringe stand included.
